Shipping Information

Domestic Shipping (New Zealand)

We ship nationwide across New Zealand using trusted courier partners including NZ Post Courier and Aramex. All orders are hand-packed with care from our Pukekohe studio and dispatched within 2–3 working days of purchase.

Estimated delivery timeframes:

• North Island: 1–3 working days
• South Island: 2–5 working days
• Rural addresses: Please allow an additional 1–2 days

You’ll receive a tracking link via email once your order has shipped.

Shipping Costs

• Flat-rate shipping: $8 NZD (nationwide)
• Rural delivery surcharge: $3 NZD
• Free shipping: on all orders over $100 NZD (after discounts)

We currently ship within New Zealand only. International shipping is not yet available — but watch this space.

Click & Collect (Pukekohe Only)

Local customers can select Click & Collect at checkout. Once your order is ready, you’ll receive an email confirming pickup details from our Pukekohe studio.
